A friend of mine just got out of a court ordered co-parenting class, and this was the interaction… I had to share:
Throughout the class, the instructor emphasized many times about the importance of trying to get along in the kids’ interest. One person kept mumbling that her husband was such an ass that there is no way they could get along, throughout the entire class.
After many attempts to ignore the comments, the instructor, a nice southern bell, finally looked at her with a big smile and said:
“Honey, you have two choices… Your kids can either have one OR two assholes in their lives.
