A Different Way to Divorce

A DIFFERENT WAY TO DIVORCE

A divorce is the end of a marriage, NOT a family.
Embrace a New Perspective on Divorce: Building a Future-Focused Family

Divorce is often seen as the end, but it can also be the beginning of a new chapter—a chance to create a future where everyone in the family can find happiness again. Instead of dwelling on past conflicts and pain, imagine a divorce process that focuses on the future, where the family remains strong, albeit in a new form.

A Future-Focused Approach
The typical divorce process can be costly and emotionally draining, often leaving families fractured. But there is a different way—a path that minimizes financial strain, reduces conflict, and fosters a healthier co-parenting relationship. By adopting a future-focused mindset, you can navigate divorce in a way that prioritizes the well-being of everyone involved, especially the children.

Sandrine Perradin’s Vision

Having experienced divorce herself, Sandrine Perradin refused to accept the traditional, adversarial approach. With over 20 years of experience in coaching and a personal journey through divorce, she has developed a method that emphasizes thriving post-divorce. Her book, “A Family No Matter What,” and her decade-long coaching practice have consistently resulted in happier children, improved communication, and a more fulfilling life for all family members.

Preparing for a Positive Outcome

Being prepared for divorce is crucial to achieving a more positive outcome for everyone involved. When you take the time to prepare, you shift from reacting impulsively to responding thoughtfully. This preparation allows you to maintain better control over your emotions, enabling you to make calm, informed decisions that benefit the entire family.

Approaching divorce with a prepared mindset ensures that you are equipped with the right tools and strategies to navigate this challenging transition. This approach minimizes conflict, reduces financial strain, and fosters a supportive environment where both parents and children can thrive.

Sandrine offers various programs designed to help you approach divorce with a clear plan to assure the best results possible, for yourself and your family:

About Sandrine Perradin

Every divorce is painful, and mine was no different. However, when I chose to end my 16-year marriage with three children, I was determined that it would not be ugly, spiteful, or vicious. I knew the typical divorce formula would hurt my children and bring dark, negative energy into our lives—something I wanted to avoid at all costs. Instead, I opted for a peaceful and nurturing approach, leveraging my decades of executive coaching experience to achieve the results I desired.

For the past 10 years, I have been coaching individuals from all over the world, helping them navigate their divorces in the most positive way possible. My goal is to transform lives and families through what I call a Beautiful Divorce™. One memorable testament to my impact is a father who tattooed the name of my book, A Family No Matter What, on his arm to remind himself of what truly matters in life.

I am an ontology-trained coach, specializing in the science of being, and have worked with executives for over 20 years. I hold leadership certifications from Harvard edX, underscoring my commitment to professional excellence.

Dual Impact Coach

This last year I had the opportunity to engage Sandrine in two different ways. First, my oldest went through a divorce. Early on a decision was made by my oldest to work to build an environment of coparenting, respect and a goal to work together, even if apart. We could not have done this without Sandrine. A focus on the end results, determining what to battle vs give and a lot of soul searching for the entire family. If you are facing a divorce, or have a child facing a divorce, her services as a divorce coach are beyond reproach.

As we moved through the year, I had the opportunity to leverage Sandrine for some executive coaching. Having watched the process with my youngest and having multiple conversations with Sandrine, I thought I knew what to expect. Wrong. Sandrine is quite thoughtful, a great listener, but also not afraid to force the tough discussions. When I thought I had answers, she’d throw a curveball at me to make me think outside the box. To think of impact on others. Of finding that delicate balance of personal goals, company goals and family goals.

Besides all the above……. Sandrine is a great person that is humble, confident, strong and carries a very high emotional IQ. Thanks Sandrine!

Healing Through Divorce

Sandrine was not only a great guide in my divorce process, but was also a great counselor in helping me navigate

through deep feelings of hurt and anger. She was always available for texts, calls, and in-person meetings. Sandrine’s therapeutic and concrete advice enabled me to work with my wife without getting caught up in the negativity and destructive actions that dominate most divorces. The guiding concept that divorce is the end of a marriage, not family, kept things amicable throughout the process and helped save the divorce from becoming a bitter, complicated, and costly mess. One of the very best life decisions I ever made!

Divorce is a reality for nearly half of U.S. marriages, with rates even higher for subsequent unions. The truth is, every divorce is painful and often involves blame and conflict. However, it can also be a unique opportunity for growth and transformation.

In her memoir, A Family No Matter What, Divorce Strategist Sandrine Perradin shares her journey from marital strife to healing and acceptance. After years of counseling and personal reflection, Sandrine realized her marriage was also affecting her children negatively. Determined to set a positive example, she sought a peaceful divorce, challenging the $50 billion-a-year divorce industry that often encourages conflict.

Sandrine’s approach, which she calls a Beautiful Divorce™, focuses on creating a healthy co-parenting relationship. She emphasizes that children learn by observing, and parents must model the behavior they wish to see in their kids. Her story demonstrates that a positive, respectful co-parenting relationship is possible, even amidst the challenges of divorce.

Follow the Path to a Beautiful Divorce™

Sandrine’s experience shows that maintaining a healthy relationship with a former spouse is achievable. It’s not about forgiveness or forgetting pain, but about navigating challenges to build a fulfilling future. By asking, “Will it take me to my beautiful life?” you can transform your actions and emotions.

In A Family No Matter What, Sandrine illustrates how to:

  • Navigate the complexities of divorce with grace
  • Establish a peaceful co-parenting structure
  • Foster a strong, united family post-divorce
  • Raise happy, confident children

While challenges remain, Sandrine’s memoir offers insights into setting healthy boundaries and maintaining a successful relationship with an ex-spouse, ensuring your family remains a family. If you’re considering divorce, this book is an essential read before making any decisions.
